non-refundable fee of 15,000$ (which will be considered as down
payment if the client chooses to purchase Option 1 unit/s, and

Advocate Paz I. Weinberger involves payment of a
non-refundable fee of 1,500$ only (which will be considered as down
payment if the client chooses to purchase Option 2 unit/s, and
demonstrates seriousness of the client) - such meetings are held only in Tel-Aviv at our offices.
